Shiho’s journey in massage therapy began at a young age, when she was diagnosed with scoliosis and underwent an intensive surgery to have rods placed in her back for support. This experience not only gave her a deep understanding of the human body and the power of rehabilitation but also instilled in her an unwavering commitment to fitness and wellness.
Shiho’s expertise lies in hot stone massage, where she can expertly use heated stones to help release tension and provide deep relaxation. And if your back is particularly locked up, she may even use hot stones to help provide relief. Additionally, Shiho is highly skilled in silicone cupping therapy, which is particularly effective in providing fascial relief. She has helped many clients achieve deep tissue release and improved circulation through this modality.

Rachel’s passion for massage began at Massage Envy in Salt Lake City where she developed a tireless work ethic. Her commitment to excellence has made Deep Tissue Massage & Spa a premier destination for relaxation and healing.
Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, Ariane did not shy away from pursuing new avenues of learning and growth. She completed a rigorous 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and an extensive Thai Massage training, enriching the spa’s offerings with unparalleled services.
She is happiest working on clients who need more than just a relaxing massage, she likes to use deep broad elbow pressure while working on clients, as well as cupping, and the use of her feet to deliver deeper pressure into the body.
